Can I use this Corsair XMS Ram (http://ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=53427&promoid=1146) with my current OCZ Gold Ram (http://www.ocztechnology.com/ocz-ddr3-pc3-10666-gold-edition.html) ??

You can, generally no issues arise from doing so. Only thing you have to realize is if both sets are not running with the same specs the PC will downclock the faster RAM to match the slower one. Personally, I always try to match up my RAM. Right now I run 8GB of DDR2 800 from Corsair XMS2. I'd much rather do that then say put in a similar set from ADATA/G.Skill/etc....

Ok and both sets are 1333MHz, but the timings are different does that matter? The OCZ is 9-9-9-20 and the Corsair is 9-9-9-24 and the voltages are also different as well.

The computer will match the timings on the Corsair to the OCZ and same with voltage....you could always just up the voltage to match the highest voltage that your set needs, that shouldn't cause any issues. For example say OCZ requires 1.8v, but Corsiar requires 1.9v - just adjust the voltage to be 1.9v
