is SB0460 any good?

A friend offer me this sound card for 30 bucks so i have option to buy this or the titanium HD. Is the extra 100+ bucks worth it. The Sb 0460 is old so i couldnt find much info on it

The SB0460 appears to be a Dell OEM version of the X-Fi XtremeMusic, so it is a true X-Fi card. It'll definitely be an improvement over integrated motherboard audio, but the Titanium HD will be an even further improvement. As to how much, I can't say for sure without comparing the two. (Never had a Creative-built X-Fi card; mine are both Auzentech, which are closer to the Titanium HD end of things.) You may not even hear the improvement if your speakers and headphones aren't good enough. One thing to consider is how long motherboards will retain PCI slots. X-Fi Titanium cards are PCIe, so you'll be able to carry them down to newer builds much more easily.
