yes it's doesmodernwarfare3
I was simply giving answer to the question -- the game did not do strange things to MY computer.
since you don't seem to be able to understand what I said, I'd repeat myself: your question was that whether the game did something funny to *our* computers, and it didn't do anything to mine, and therefore my answer.
if it have done something terrible toYOUR rig, too bad.
great i have 2 online guys turns into a silent mimesmodernwarfare3Well, I don't know what the problem is, but if you're smelling smoke, it's not because of Web of Shadows.
Kinda reminds me of the 'outbreak' of broken 360s due to Halo 3 and Fable II. By looking at this, I say just give up, since it seems that the TC won't really listen to anything else, considering the 'proof' they have.
Wow everybody is still "online now"modernwarfare3this entire thread is epic fail, but very funny, i giggled a little.
Okay what is going on here?! Why is everybody is still online except Legendaryscmt??modernwarfare3quit obsessing with whos online, some people dont logout everytime they leave gamespot,go get a different hobby or something, cause you obviously dont understand whats going on.
i never said anything about fire,catboy!!!modernwarfare3
Orly?

Where there's smoke, there's fire.
[QUOTE="modernwarfare3"]Everybody is thinking.........thinking to cover it up.......hmmmm.......colts99
LOL, what the hell is this!?!?!
Paranoia :O Look, try, try extremely hard, to understand, software does not make your HDD to make weird sounds and it doesn't burn your hardware. Yes WoS does stutter a little when you turn fast and when you trash a car, IT'S NORMAL, that is because of the game, the hardware issues are NOT, your PC is failing literally. Software (games) can affect your pc in only 2 ways, heat (your CPU isn't cooled enough and it heats, but that results in a system lock and shutdown, or your GPU, which also results in a shutdown, but if, somehow, the GPU protection doesn't work, it'll melt; RAM can also heat, but it locks your system before anything happens) or it can conflict with some drivers resulting in a blue screen (but this does not affect the hardware). The HDD is not affected by anything except improper use or the age.Wait.....the minute or maybe because my computer is using SP3 APRIL 2008????Does Spiderman webs of shadow support SP3 APRIL 2008???modernwarfare3It has nothing to do with that, WoS stutters because it wasn't optimized enough, you can't fix that, not even with the most powerful desktop. Also, since you seem like the type of guy, that would get himself into this problem. There is also a 3rd cause, which doesn't depend on the games or other software, viruses. There are some extremely dangerous viruses that can destroy your HDD, bios, even GPU bios and maybe other parts too.
I don't know how good AVG is against such viruses, all I know about it, is that I can't uninstall it :/.
Try the trial version of kaspersky, but I doubt you have one of those viruses, if it were the case, you wouldn't be using the PC right now.
There could be many things that could cause your problems (electricity, your hardware's architecture - some parts might be exposed, and thanks to a little more heat, since your PC must generate a lot of heat, even more if your cooling system is efficient, that part would cease to function properly - or technical faults).
You should take your PC somewhere to have it checked.
