Is starcraft 2 really worth 9.5 rating?

everyone knows about the new starcraft 2

it got a 9.5 rating now i wanna ask you guys and answer me

is this game really worth that rating ? it doesnt have great graphics , were is the story in the game , is it that different then all the other strategy games?

Yeah, the game is pretty nice. Online play is balanced, and there is a lot of depth in the game. You can either go crazy on the custom games or just play against other people in multiplayer. The story isn't really special, but it's an RTS, so you shouldn't expect much, I guess :P
