Is steam being weird for anyone else?

Mainly the store, i cant buy anything. and it says my login information is wrong. Even tho i know its right

Its making me login in to buy games, when im already logged into my account! wtf! then it says login not correct WHEN IT IS CORRECT!

Looks like the new interface wasn't ready to come out of beta afterall.

are you all using the old Steam or the new Steam layout?

im using the new Steam layout and its working fine for me. right be4 i updated to the new Steam.

i links wouldnt work no matter how man times i try to open a link even by right clicking and nothing will download either

Cant play L4D2 it says the game cant be verified or something. Honestly though this is why I hate Steam, I just want to play my game now I have to put up with the BS problems, I hate that an interface in the background controls all the games I buy through them.

Did you validate your e-mail address? Steam sent me an e-mail stating I had to verify my e-mail address by clicking a link before using the store. So check your e-mail(I'm sure you have).

I just bought Max Payne and it wont apear in the , My Games Tab.

forget what i said earlyer i have no connection what so ever no friends or anything. i cant play left for dead 2 online it cant find any lobbys. Steam is going to have big problems if they dont fix this

Im pretty sure maintenance is being done today. its kinda a bummer, though, as I finally put down the sticks on SSFIV and i really want to play some TF2.

Well looking at the steam stats there was a massive drop off in users a lil while ago (about 2 hours ago). It shows steam dropping from 1.4million users right down to 419,000 users. So basically nearly 1 million users got kicked off the system :D . You can keep an eye on the steam stats here :-

Yes it is. I used to be able to play COD World at War. Now the pings are too high. The pings are also creeping up on COD Modern Warfare. This happened all of a sudden. A few weeks ago. I added a patch (1.07)for CoD WAW and now STEAM calls it a mod it wont handle. I thought the deal was STEAM would keep us all up to date. I am falling behind. Any suggestions?

Wow. That looks insane from here. a graph I would expect to see on a Family Guy sketch.

Steam is being extremely slow for me (Community and Store).

And great now it can't start either, I don't like the new update at all, just looks worse to me. Oh well I'l have to live with it.
