Is Steam working slowly for you?

It took me ten or so minutes to log in and I'm currently trying to pay for Trochloght but the payment info screen is taking forever to enter the review+purchase stage. Is Steam workring like this for anyone else?

I'm downloading the Witcher ATM. It is taking forever. i guess an awful lot of people are taking advantage of the sale and servers are slower than usual.

When it starts up it really lags my computer and freezes it for a little bit. Didnt used to do this, and my computer isnt normally slow. Still it works fine when its loaded..

My Clear Sky DL just got done like an hour ago and I started it @ 11 AM, was DL @ 30 to 50kbs for the most part but at one point it was up in the 400s. Now I get to DL the witcher which should take a **** ton of time.
