I only played it a couple of months ago for the first time but the thing is amazing, sure the visuals are basically high rez Deus Ex but it´s like 20 hours long, fully voice acted(and generally at the level of DX in that regard),actually non linear story branching unlike the source material that sort of teased about you being able to stay loyal to Unatco but you couldn´t in the end, great original soundtrack, among so many other things that in a lot of(if not most) ways is actually better than Deus Ex itself.

I´m wondering,is there any other single player mod in any game that it´s actually even on par with TNM?

It´s certainly up there that´s for sure,it was really good,at least it´s a kind of production that you don´t see very often in the modding community.

I haven't played The Nameless Mod, but in terms of mods that rival their base games...Thief 2X: Shadows of the Metal Age would definitely be up there. It offered a lengthy new sister campaign to Thief 2, complete with a new protagonist, full voice acting, 3d and hand-drawn cutscenes, completely new (and very different) missions, new enemy types, new weapons, new equipment, new music, etc. They really did a fantastic job with that mod.

The Nameless Mod is simply one of my all-time favorite GAMES. Off-Topic Productions put so much effort into creating the atmosphere around TNM with a fully fledged story, hilarious voice-acting, and not to mention amazing MUSIC. Gahh, so many great memories from playing back in the Winter of 2009. I swear, Sol's Bar Theme brings me back to that holiday season.
