Is there a way to keep the left mouse button pressed down?

I'm trying to teach my 2 year old niece how to draw on MS Paint but because she is so young she doesn't understand that she needs to hold the mouse button down.

Is there any way to keep it pressed down, aside from the obvious like using scotch tape to hold it down?

Put a knife above her finger, and if she lifts it it will be cut, so she will be forced to keep it down. This is excellent advice :)JigglyWiggly_

Don't you mean, how do you teach 2 yr old, not to eat or throw the mouse/kb?
