Is there any way to kick or report players on Team Fortress 2?

Basically, i'm tired of running into the same sort of people who play crappy music down their mics and shout abuse at others. I didn't notice any kicking option, is there one?

donno about a kicking option, but there is an option to mute some players if im not mistaken.

Just mute them or find a better server to play in.
