I would second that recommendation.  That case likely isn't large enough to accommodate an 8800 (GTS or GTX).

Dont get VIsta home basic. Get at least home premium, which is the best for home use. Home basic is for those computers that cant handle aero glass. Home basic doesnt have aer. And it doesnt have many other functions.domke13

GO on Vista official website and you will se the comparison betwen ultimate, homepremium, bussines, and home basic. Of all the functions, ultimate has all, bussines, little less than a half, i think, home premium a little more than half, and home basic only 2 out of somweher around 10-14 functions.

No i sad that home premium is the best for home usage. Home basic, is for those PCs that has graphics card worse than x1300, or 7300. 

And the feature tha makes home premium better for home usage are: movie maker, aero, media center, and stuff like that.
