i found a 8800 gtx graphic card for 150$.i currently have a 9600 gt so will this be a good upgrade because i'm planning on selling my current card at 120$. so please what do you think ?

Yes its a great deal for a 8800gtx.

You should keep with the 9600gt, because the 8800gtx would just be a sllight upgrade.

actually ,it won't cost me a lot of money because i found a person that would buy it for 120$.so will it justify spending 30$.i also want to know what will the performance in crysis be since i have a 19" monitor with 1240*1028 resolution and an old processor which is Intel core 2 duo e4500 @2.2ghz with 2gb of ram.

Can you power it? Can you fit it in your case? If yes, go for it.

Although, the 4850 would be much more worth it over an 8800GTX, and with rebates, shouldn't be much more than $150.

Not worth the upgrade.. if you are going to upgrade over the 9600gt you need to buy a much much beefyer card to notice much a difference.

Your 9600GT still has PLUNTY of life in it left... Its not going to let you down anytime soon, unless you want 60+ FPS all maxed out in the newest DX10 games. And no one talk about crysis.. its optimization was horrid of course it will run like %$#@...
