Is this a good deal? Pre=built computer question

What I chose was Standard case, motherboard, 8gb of RAM, 2tb harddrive, CyberPower CPVC7750 AMD Radeon HD 7750 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Graphics Card, and standard dvd player, and It equals about 600 dollars. 

Is that a decent deal? ANd should I get one of the optional cooling options?
