Is this a good laptop? Thanks in advance for help.

I am getting a laptop and i want a decent machine for gaming. Im not too bothered about a really good one as i do most gaming on my PS3. However i do want my laptop to be decent and have blu ray. Is this laptop any good?

ATI Mobility Radeon HD4650 1GB DDR3 I think thats the graphic card/processor.
