yes but not the graphic card go for a 8800gts 320mb or higher

Personally i would go Core 2 Duo and get an 8800GTS GFX card. But that setup is still very decent.

I am pretty sure. If it can run Bioshock without lag on high, why can't this? :) BTW I play Bioshock with no lag with my 8600gt

That setup is pretty good. The graphics card itself is good although you could do better price/performance wise.

I don't know how good the quality of the psu so i don't know whether you can run 8800 series card and other components combined or not, if its generic then probably not, so you should check that out.

My Seasonic S12 430w is good enough for the 8800gts so its not all about the watts, it depends.

Overall the setup looks very good.
