First off here are the specs CPU Intel Q6600 CORE 2 DUAL 8M, MEM 4GB (4GB DDR2 667), HDD WD 500G SATA2 7200 16M, ODR 20X SATA DVR BURNER, MOBO ASUS P5K SE, VID 9600GT 512M PCI-E, SOUND ON-BOARD 8 CHANNEL, NIC ON-BOARD 1G, POW OPTIMAX 550W, CAS 2750 SILVER ATX CASE.

This setup comes out to $728 Canadian before taxes. My questions are, is this computer worth the money and how well should I expect this computer to run games.

I would personally switch out that 9600GT for a 8800GT, but that is a very nice setup. :)

Yea I would have preferred getting an 8800gt but since its actually being sold as a system rather then parts I can live with a little less performance.

Where are you getting it from? If its already built I wouldn't trust it unless you know the company is reliable.

You wouldn't even notice the difference unless you an avid frame watcher. It's a good system in my opinion.

Yea I can stand very low FPS as I am currently playing COD4 at like 20fps so I highly doubt it would matter much.

It looks pretty good for a $700 computer, but DDR2 667 memory!? Either that is a mistake in your post or you might want to upgrade to faster memory (preferably DDR 800).

Theres this other computer which is$1,398.00 Ill list the specs. Intel Q9300 CORE 2 DUO 6M , 2X 500G SATA2 7200 16M HARD DRIVE, 4GB DDR2 1066+ RAM, 5X/12 BLU-RAY DVD R/RW, 8800GT 512M PCI-E GRAPHIC CARD.

Is that a better deal? I could see if I could switch out the Blu-Ray with a regular dvd drive, as i dont really have any use for it.
