looks good to me. Obviously you need a kick ass video card for that. Iw ould recommend getting a good After-market cooler for that quad core processor.

and can you link me to a good liquid cooling system on newegg?

if you're not OCing, do not get that CPU, it has this price because of the unlocked multiplier, if you're not OCing, get the Q6600, much cheaper

edit: if you want to OC, get the QX6700, it's a quad core just a few MHZ slower, as many say"you can easily OC some more Mhz, but you cant OC 2 more cores and 4 more Mb of cache" also, everything now will take advantage of more cores
