is this overclock profile safe to use?

so i tried using my oc genie button on my msi motherboard and this is what it suggested. safe or no?

Why not doing it manually to be sure? Be a good boy/girl and refuse the button, OC like a champ instead! (thru bios) :P

I recomend OC'ing in a way that you know every parameter and variable, with a button press you really don't know what your doing and it could potentially harm your PC.

^no did not stress test yet but after some passmark testing, i hit 59C under heavy load it seems to run fine at 4ghz. i do have the hyper 212plus heatsink+fan for the cpu

not to bad but use prime95 or linpack to check for a rock solid clock :D
