nothing overclocked

I would get the 600watt just to be safe, ur USB devices may suck a lot of power.

Really you might want to consider a 750w if you ever want to be able to get a new high end video card one day.

I don`t plan too

And the usb devices is a modem/keyboard/mouse and some times a usb memory stick

I would say that you are fine, except I cant seem to find how many amps it puts out on its single rail. That is the only thing I think holding it back, the fact that it only has 1 rail. If you where to need a reason to not get it that is not, I recommend finding a PSU around the same wattage with at least 2 rails.
