You need to get your priorities right. Remember that the video card is the most important thing in a gaming PC and spending too much on any other part quickly leads to huge diminishing returns.
- The 2700k is useless get a 2500k. The only difference between the 2500k and the 2600k is hyperthreading and that isn't used by games. The only difference between the 2600k and 2700k is basically just a cherry picked 0.1ghz overclock.
- 16GB of RAM is useless get 4/8GB. Games don't ever use more than 4GB. The only reason people consider 8GB is if they like having lots of programs open whilst they play games (or 10 tabs of their internet browser). You'll never use more than 8GB unless your doing something very specific with it like super high resolution photo editing.
- You need a better branded power supply. Corsair TX 650 or XFX 650W Core or Seasonic S12II 620, for example.
- Get a P67 or Z68 motherboard not H61. The H61 doesn't allow overclocking and is very basic.
- I'd suggest only getting a 1TB HDD and just buying another 1TB if you somehow manage to fill it up. Make sure it's 7200 RPM.
- Get a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO instead of your current CPU Cooler. It's basically the uncontested king of budget coolers.
Also, although case choice is more of a personal opinion: I'd definately take a look at the NZXT Source 210. It's a really nice budget case that comes in at around the same price as the one you picked out.
