I would say:

Change motherboard to Gigabyte P35 DS3R
Drop down to a smaller hard drive (unless you need 500GB)
Change the tracers to standard Ballistix
Change to the HX520W, it should be plenty powerful
Get a cheaper case

How much do you want to spend on a monitor? The GTX can handle most monitors, but if you can only afford a small one, you'd better off saving money and getting a GTS instead, then spending savings on a larger monitor :)
