i been hearing alot of trash about it . i am kinda thinking of getting a mac cus my pc has so many problems cus of the net . i hear macs dont get that spyware viruses that pcs do . macs kinda look cool but i hear they suck for games . but pc gaming is not that great its self cus of the upgrades u need . i hear vista needs at least 2 gbs or ram to run well . how is vista good for gaming if even a mid rang pc cant run it well?
Mac's are the devil's doing. Mac's dont get spyware and stuff cause nobody uses em :). one more thing, Vista is ok.. Nothing really better than xp, If you can go xp do that with a dool boot.
Macs like the other guy said are made by the devil himself or w/e you belive lol Vista is awsome for gaming lol that noob never even used vista before I have 1gb of ram a and a 6150LE onboard I play Hl2 and BF2 daily on low/me settings lol
Macs are pretty much not able to play games natively. There are very few games that are able to run on a mac. Additionally, macs have major ripoff prices! The hardware is so overpriced, it makes alienware look like a bargain. It also makes me cry.
To put things in perspective, my girlfriend's mom works for apple. They can purchase 1 pc every year at 60% off. My girlfriend was looking to buy a new pc for college, and a DELL with better specs at full price was cheaper than a Mac at 60% off.
Honestly, go with a Mac, as at least with an intel Mac, you can still run Windows if you absolutely have to.
But between the two OS's right now, XP is a lot better for gaming over Vista. Vista will likely need a service pack (or six) before it's finally working properly.Â
