pretty good! and considering the original DOOM was 700kb's... this is pretty darn impressive!

their both good, but i reccommend Debris. absolutely AMAZING for only 170kb's

you need an okay graphics card and atleast 512mb RAM to run these things... their damn good!

if you havent seen these yet... do it! do it!...... impressive tech demo.. really makes you think how far game compression techniques could go... or the way games are programmed

yeah...I have heard about these....they are entirely procedurally generated...just like Spore will be when it comes out.

and they have long loading times.

its kinda weird.. the "Debris" one loads faster.. and (i think) is the more impressive demo

dunno what it takes so long to load for... but then, the procedual geometry (Cascade) NVidia Tech demo ALSO takes awhile to load... soooo worth it thou :P... ive played around with that one for quite a bit.. 113mb's or someting i think THAT demo is...

Wow! Debris is brilliant! really cool.

Too bad it's not interactive though, would be cool to lead stuff around, smash buildings with it or something.:P

I remeber downloading a zip of all the Doom music, and it was about 112k in size - amazing to think how small such a crucial part of a game could be.

I'll have to try out those other ones
