its gone:

i got my new laptop with wwindows vista and the recycle bins just gone it was there first off all then i noticed late that it had just gone

anyone know how to get it back?

try searching it, then adding it to your desktop if you find it.

I don't know if you know how to navigate XP.. but you right-click the desktop, choose properties (or customize in vista I believe).. desktop tab, customize, check the recycle bin to be on the desktop.
