Crysis
Metro 2033
STALKER series
These are all great games. You have a pretty good rig so you should be able to enjoy them with good graphics.
Crysis. The Witcher. Stalker (With the "Complete" Mods). Dawn of War 2. Mass Effect. Half Life 2 + Episodes. Portal.
After all that look around Steam and enjoy.
Remember to use the Game Recomendation Thread :)
Have fun with your fantastic new gaming PC!
The Witcher I would definatly reccomend, Mass Effect is also good. Stalker is good, allthough I find it hard to get into, I like the game none the less.Crysis. The Witcher. Stalker (With the "Complete" Mods). Dawn of War 2. Mass Effect. Half Life 2 + Episodes. Portal.

[QUOTE="MarkUK68"]Wow. Thanks for the suggestions. I think I'll go with Dragon Age for now (I had it on PS3, but it was just felt...I dunno...wrong). I've read that it's much better on PC. I'll pick up the STALKER double pack coming out in August. Then move on to others. BTW - Deus Ex - along with DOOM, DOOM II and the original Half-Life - I love those games!TerrorRizzingya dragon age does feel wrong on console, but is a great rpg on pc.
I second Dragon Age. You'll have alot of fun with it.

Dragon Age is the reversal of all "normal" gaming progress. It's a game that was made for PC, that got a crappy console port. :P
The way it should be. :D

I'm hoping it will start a trend. :D[QUOTE="pelvist"][QUOTE="ChiliDragon"]Dragon Age is the reversal of all "normal" gaming progress. It's a game that was made for PC, that got a crappy console port. :PChiliDragon

I'm hoping it will start a trend. :D it actually happens alot with multiplats, just nobody makes a big deal since its assumed it will be better on pc. Anything by valve, risen, divinity 2, anything by bethesda feels clunky to me on console, several rts games, almost every shooter whether intended or not (metro 2033 is one of the best exmaples), two worlds, sacred 2, Dirt 2, well Ill just stop there.RPG:
Dragon Age Origins;
Mass Effect 1&2;
Fallout 3;
Divinity 2;
Oblivion;
FPS:
Call of Duty series;
Crysis;
Far Cry 2;
Battlefield series;
Wolfenstein;
Oldies but goldies:
Diablo 2;
Warcraft III:
Beyond Good and Evil;
Halo;
and one more game, even though it isn't neither a FPS or RPG, Trackmania, it's a must have
