Well, I know about the cheat where you have to edit a file or something, but I can't find it.

I know that the file path is C:/Program Files/EA GAMES/nightfire/bond/autoexec.cfg, but it's not there. Some sites have reccomended that I create a file like that, but it doesn't accept the extension .cfg as an extension, thus the game doesn't use the file. I found a config.cfg in another nightfire/bond folder in the user folder in the Documents and Settings folder. I've edited that, but the settings only last for one game run, then when I close thet game, the file goes back to the way it used to be.

If anyone can come up with a way to fix this problem, that would be great.

Well, what does this cheat do for one. Two, if you can't figure it out, it's simple, don't cheat, play the game the way it was meant to be played

First, this is almost a debugging mode where you can go into god mode, go through walls, infinite ammo, skip levels, change how fast you walk, etc.

Second, I was kind of expecting some help on the cheat.

Alright well if you really want the help, If you can't find the file perhaps you can download it somewhere and put it into the file path. If that fails, look harder, use the search function in Windows, see if you can't find the file. Also, try moving the second file you mentioned into the main files path (after of course, backing the file up)

Ok, thanks. I did a search on google, and it looks like James Bond may not be a very widely used games. Apparently, many other big games such as HALO and others use that exact file. Maybe I'm just not doing it right, so I'll keep trying. A computer search showed nothing of the file, but I will try to move that config file.

Thanks for your advice!

It may not be the newest game, but it still is fun, multiplayer is fun as well if you haven't tried that yet. Happy Independence Day! :)

Yes, I think I love the game just as much as you. I have done multiplayer, and it looks like a lot of fun. (I could use a little practice though :))

So does anyone else have any suggestions?

P.S. I'll continue to work on that file.

P.P.S. Both of your computers sound cool!

Never mind, I got it.

I had to use notepad, because only it could save as all files, so I'm ok now.

Thanks for all of your help!
