Just as I thought, Simcity socities blows....Hard

The review from IGN is up. Looks like everyone was right when they said it would suck. Changing the basic fundamentals of a simcity game and dumbing down everything that the series is known for is a sure fire way to completely destroy a great franchise. Nice job EA.

It's this same reason that fallout 3 is doomed to fail(aside from the fact that it's made by bethesda)

SimCity used to be held high as an esteemed gaming franchise, but after SimCity 4 and this, I'm not sure it will ever be greeted with the ferver it used to.

It's much better than IGN makes it out to be. 1up.com has a very accurate review of it.

Don't think of it as Sim City 5, since that's not it's aim, and it's a very decent game.

LoL. I like how you made your verdict in 6 minutes. It didn't take me too long either. 15 minutes going through the tutorial and I'm pretty much convinced this game is garbage.

I found the micro management aspects of all the previous SimCities to be very boring. I hate have to run water pipes and power lines.

So maybe I will like this one.

Nope.. I got it too and I found out that it's better suited to my girlfriend with her taste in The Sims and Zoo Tycoon than me.

get sim city 2000(beware of outdated graphics) its very old but it is the best sim city game ever i played it for month abd had so much funcrapdog
