just bought stalker cop from steam however when i install i get updating licesne

it just states scanning steam for license updates, and is doing nothing is anybody else having this problem?

That's odd. I bought it today, myself, and haven't had anything like that pop up for me.

it shows that I purchased the game however it now will not show up in my libary so i cant even try to down load it
