Needs to be far more detailed than what you've currently said. What exactly have you done thus far? Are the correct PWRBTN cables connected to the correct ports on the mobo? Is everthing connected correctly to the PSU? Have you tripple checked to make sure that each component is firmly in place and connected correctly according to the instructions manual?

try re-setting the motherboard on the pegs i.e removing the screws, making sure the pegs are seated well, and making sure the screws seat well when screwing it back in.

Make sure that the 24-pin power connector is SECURELY inserted into the appropriate socket. I had this problem when I moved my components into my new case.

Actually, the CPU power-pin socket would have 8 pin-sockets (more than likely). Typically, four of them are covered by a black plastic cap. Have you removed the cap and inserted the additional four power-pins?

Just for the hell of it, take out the main 24-pin power connector and re-insert it. Make sure that it's in the socket as securely as possible.

The only explanation is that you either didn't connect the fans properly, or you didn't connect them at all. Typically, case fans connect directly to the power supply. Find the appropriate cables on the power supply for the fans. However, if the fans have small 3-pin connectors, you can connect them to the motherboard.

I'm confused. Please, give me a full description of your problem with the fans. What fans are you having problems with? Where are they currently connected? What kinds of pins do they have? Show me some pictures of the fans.
