I got 2 free copies from Newegg for ordering my GTX460's

I have another coupon for that and Mafia 2 floating around somewhere.

I was waiting for this so it was awesome to see the deal this morning. Regarding Steam... usually I check that stuff before hand but I dropped the ball today. I've downloaded like 20% of the game on GG. When I install, is that going to install then register on Steam? I rather it would anyway because I like to keep my games in one place.

All you really need to do open your Steam client, click on "add a game", choose "activate a product on Steam", enter your games CD Key and presto, the game is added to your library and you can download it directly from Steam from now on. By the way how does GG download speed compare to Steams?

Thanks. It actually finished downloading via GG and it prompted me to add the CD key on Steam so luckily it's dummy proof. The speed seems to be the same as Steam's. I get rough 900+ kbps with Steam, and it seemed to be the same with Gamersgate. I know some people have faster DL speed on Steam because of their ISP service, but I can't say it would be the same for GG. Maybe they cap at 1mpbs or something.

Thanks a lot for the heads up. I've been waiting for this to go on sale on Steam, so this deal works out perfectly. I'm downloading now.
