What's up guys. I just finished Dead Space and why waste time? I got games to play! What's the next game that i should play. I'm looking for a not too long single player game. I like just about everything except strategy games. I already played Crysis, batman AA, and mw2 recently. I'm looking at RE5, cryostasis, and the 2nd playthrough of assassin's creed. You can give me other suggestions. I'm up for older games too.

Awesome game...hmmm i dont know, Re5 is kinda similar, but i blindly reccomend Batman AA for some reason. I know you said you play it, but i am just saying that it has a similar feeling!! Well how much old games you lookign for? eg system shock 2 is better than dead space!! I would reccomend red faction or borderlands, i have alot of fun with em at the moment!!

Dunno if you'd like it, but try the demo for Machinarium.

F.E.A.R and at least Extraction Point. Nothing wrong with Perseus Mandate, either. 8)

I bought Machinarium from Steam a couple of days ago, one of the best games I've ever played. Amazing!

You know, I absolutely loved Dead Space.

One game that was equally fun and with a similar atmosphere/ambiance was Bioshock. Give it a try.

Also (nothing to do with the other 2), Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl, a spectacular game extremely immersive: two thumbs up!

EDIT: Oh, and Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay.

Check them out, they are all absolute must-haves IMO.

I do not think RE5 got enough credit. Granted I played the PS3 version, but I had a HELL of a FUN time playin this game solo or co-op with a friend of mine. Prototype also was extremely fun (also played it on PS3).

I think your pretty much up to date on your games. You'll have to wait for new games to come out.

A word of advice, RE5 isn't really that good. I was disappointed how they expect you to have fun playing a quick paced action game with tank controls. Another run through of Assasins Creed would probably be better then RE5.

beat bioshock and played about 1/2 of riddick but stopped because it got boring to me. Played a little of stalker but i stopped because my old rig couldn't handle it. But isn't that a long game. I might have to save that after the wave of Q1 '10 games.

But the point of the game is that you are not agile and you gotta save bullets and survive the fast attacking enemies, besides thats not the core gameplay of the game, the gameplay is the story, the weapons and the levels, plus bosses you defeat, res games were always about that and NOT i say again NOT for control which was always crap ;)
