Just finished my new rig, need some help

So i just finished building my new rig and what are some stuff that i need to download/install? Also on my 24in lcd tv im at 1920x1080 resolution on a 4850 and its a bit blurrychoppy, and yes i do have the latest drivers anybody know what could be the problem?

well what method are you connecting them with? HDMI i'm assuming? and a lot of times the screen's arent as crisp as they should be, u could try a lower resolution as well. Just gotta tweak it.

You JUST built it and your using a card that old??

Its connected via hdmi atm, i would try vga but i cant seem to find the cable.

I know its old but i built a whole rig for ~$500, and the card still has a kick.
