No the A8 5500 can't play modern games at anything higher than low settings at resolutions higher than 1280x720. While the APU is great its not for gaming... You will need a dedicated GPU for that.

3.2Ghz is the speed of CPU. You have no dedicated GPU... That's whats not fast enough. The A8 5500 is a APU with a under average Quad Core with a integrated low end GPU, its not made for anything but light gaming.

The 9800GT... Just throw that in there it should manage the game on medium-high settings just fine.

I looked up some benchmarks online about your setup. It was getting decent performance in most modern games in low and medium at 720p. You should try to lower the resolution to 720p if you're trying anything higher than that.

Well I couldn't even run payday 2 with 800x 600 Rez. I think I'll just use my 9800 gt until xbox comes out. The one thing I don't understand is that the system requirements website said I was more than capable to run the game.

PSU is one of the most important part of a PC, and that PSU isn't good at all. It's not even 80 Certified and has very few connectors. It only even has 1 6-pin PCI-E connector, which is fine for that old 9800 GT, but if you upgrade in the near future, all current cards use, at the least, 2x 6-pin connectors. I'd recommend you get a Corsair CX 600 or something equivalent regarding quality. http://www.frys.com/product/7189812?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG

No, it is terrible and will most likely kill your PC. Get this. http://www.frys.com/product/6893426?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG LEPA is a sister company to Enermax, both are tier 1 PSU makers.

Really ? i never heard of LEPA much from Review Perspective but i think i read of it before on some hardware forum anyhow it odd but i have huge trouble findig review from Hardware Secret or Johnnyguru to have a idea what inside the box

from what i look there no way Lepa N500 is a Tier 1 power-supply because from reading lot of Forum consensus There a general understanding that there is 5 Tier of PSU and Tier 5 Are (disaster / stay away off) while tier 4 like Gamble and tier 3 is Generally Good product , But as for the N500 it seem the spec lead to a Tier 4 but maybe google is wrong ? doesn't mean the psu is unreliable or that it will die early just not Awesome

as now i am still looking if i can find some detailed review of it and it energy Rating Newegg & Fry don't tell me if it a 80+ Rating Power supply and below 80+ Energy Efficient at 85% power usage is no good :| and i wouldn't advise anything below 80+ Bronze Rating but that just me :?

It is $40, it is a CWT build, a low end product in comparison to LEPA and Enermax's bigger and more exotic PSU's, but it get's the job done unlike the crap he wants to buy...Coolmax.

oh yes coolmax is Terrible avoid at all cost but  maybe he shold look at the XFX 550W Core http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013&Tpk=XFX%20550 i would look at this for 10$ more buck if he can afford Rebate card i know the 650-750W are seasonic brand is Very solid in quality according Hardwaresecret And johnny Guru

I wonder if the 550W is as good thought but it cheap for 50$ to have a Bronze Rating psu with 5 Year Warranty

oh btw found the lepa you mentioned cheaper :D http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817494002
perhaps the lepa can last few year and do just fine to power up is APU Powered machine

i heard good of Rosewill Series Green series maybe this would be good http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182199
