uh oh if you have no acess to internet you better find ur Driver or download the Driver for ur motherboard Via To other computer and with a usb device / floppy disc insert the update else you'r internet is Screw there for ur whole pc is SCREW in a way. quite a huge problems buddy or ul have to buy a network card but the one that work good are expensive ;) that ur motherboard just don't defeat of quality such as the killer but several review show the killer is inferrior to Equality of asus / Gigabyte & Drivers for network
so if you can't have network device on you can't basicly log on unless ur 56k dial up which is sorta a bad new and will require you a external / internal network card that allow you to log to internet

but you know what ? i used to got into some wall with pc in past but iv found out about the CD driver witht he CD roms   for motherboard or PC is Self from pre-build such as emachine & Cicero But i couldn't find any other to log on internet Beside the CD roms with driver to install for network device if you got acess to internet you can have the driver missing trough hardware device manager that is in system then click search for the one that are having a (!) or (?)

If that computer came with a Drivers CD put that in and start installing most of it. If not you will have to find out what your components are and start Googling for drivers. Start with network card drivers and that should hopefully get that PC back onto the internet, then you can continue your searching from there, and not have to keep transfering between the two.

If you have your modem connected through USB, just go to internet connections and make a new connection.

You'll probably find that your floppy contains the pre OS install drivers for the onboard RAID. When you first boot the XP install there is an option to press F6 to install 3rd party RAID drivers.
