So I'm building myself a high end gaming rig. Now the only problem is I can't figure out what kind of Keyboard to buy.

Mostly the games I will be playing are offline. Though I want Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3 when they are released. Mainly I will be playing FPS games like, Oblivion, Fallout 3, stalker, crysis. And maybe an MMO like EQ2, EVE or Jumpgate.

With some RPGs thrown in there like Mass Effect or The Witcher.

I bought the Razer DeathAdder mouse which is perfect for me. But I also bought the RAZER Lycosa, should I take it back? is it really worth the money?

I'm a WASD player, and not really big on macros, I like clicking stuff.

I don't care back lighting, but I like the rubber grips and response time.

I was looking at the G11 but I can't really decide.

Any advice would be great. Any recommendation for a great all around gaming keyboard that is high quality, fast response time but doesn't have all the macros and backlighting features?

Thanks.

I got a z-board about a month ago and I love it. You dont really have to deal with macros because the software has a list of games that you can select the optimized keyset for. And they update the list as new games come out. I got the one for WoW and it came with a FPS keyset and a regular qwerty board. Cost $60 and keysets are around $20.

the logitech media keyboard 600 is awesome. just get some nice media keyboard, gaming keyboards are nothing but a marketing trick pay 3x as much for some fancy lighting and extra keys.
