This rumor is from february. It has now been confirmed the project is a mmo. Sorry but no single player game for now.

I dont know theres a good chance it'll be an mmo considering bioware needs fuel for its ever expanding list of titles, and kotor 1 and 2 ( yes I said 2) being probably one of the greatest rpg's ever made. I just hope please hope its not a mmo.

Hmmmm.....I hope it's not only a rumor and game like that will really come out (hope it would not be in too distant future).

Aside from that, part of me wants KOTOR MMO..but on one condition, it will be truly NEW GENERATION MMO, not the same old-new WoW ****(I'm not saying it's bad, but come on, how long can we endure it?) and it will FEEL like RPG (in most current mmos you can forget about roleplaying, mainly it's about killing, leveling up, gettin better gear and so on, and where's the serious story, serious players willing to RP?)

Anyway, I'm holding thumbs pretty tight for this one! And may the force be with you!

I am happy to say it is made for pc gound up lol I bet it's going to be the mmorpg of the year and game of the year. This is the best news ever!!!!!!

I'll give the 2 week demo a try but if they are going to pack it full of those lame kill quota and loot drop collection quests then I'll pass. Hopefully Bioware will take a page or two out of ArenaNet's play book and build this game closer in quest style to Guild Wars then your standard MMO.

Some people have this silly notion that Guild Wars isn't a MMO. Fine by me. Its a lot more fun then the traditional MMO. Seeing that Guild Wars has far more subscribers than several of the standard MMO's put together there are lots of people who agree.

The MMO formula needs an overhaul. Hopefully Bioware will give it a try. Hopefully they can keep LucasArts at bay long enough to get the job done on their terms.

This is clearly Bioware trying to bank in on that Blizzard MMO dollar, MMO's are the proven way of making ridiculous amounts of cash at the expense of a quality game.
