SC2 is sub based or something? Whats stopping them buying a cheapy WoW account, activating it for 1 month then never playing it again?bonafidetk
They can only play SC2 for free as long as the WoW account is active. So in reality, they're charging a monthly fee for the option to play WoW and SC2.

Ah so because of Battlenet they have total control on if you can play SC2? Kinda sucky really.
*phew* With a title like that I honestly thought for a moment that Blizzard had lost its business sensibility or something in what would be one of the most profitable markets for SC2.
current WoW fans would obviously enjoy this perk, non WoW fans just laught at it. soo...
*roflcopter!*
This just shows that World of WarCraft is very weak in Korea. Sure, lots of people play, but it is really outdated compared to the flashy new MMO's that roll out every month. Aion might be a flop here, but it is rocking on over there. k0r3aN_pR1d3Which I don't get. I guess Koreans really love PvP :? Aion would have rocked if it had more raids.
by the way, the title is so misleading, Koreans get starcraft 2 for free if and only if he/she has WoW account active. Meaning monthly fee has been paid and accepted by Blizzard in order for that player to play Starcraft 2. and Since that person paid monthly fee for WoW + SC2, this really does not indicate that this product was given for free.
