Hey everyone I want to sell my old labtop, and I was wondering how much it could be worth. It's a Gateway MX6436 almost brand new, used like three times in two years. It has a 75GB hardrive, 1.6 Ghz and 512mb of ram. It has a 15.4" widescreen display with wifi and a DVD burner. It was always ment as a back up labtop so it's not very beefy. How much do you think I could get away with it? I currently have it on an auction site for about $750. Thanks!

I would start the bidding low dude...................also more people would actually look at it since it'll start cheaper..............

I live in the Dominican Republic, so the bidding system is a little different here. Basically you put a price and people will call or email you saying they are interested and then you set up a meeting so they can see the product. But maybe you're right, I'm thinking about $450 sounds more reasonable.

I hope when you put it on the auction site you spelled it right. LaPtop. Otherwise no one will find it.

But really you should start the bidding for that thing at about $100 since you're not likely to get more than $200 for it.
