Lakeview Manor - Skyrim - Creation Kit

I just want to know if it's possible to edit Lakeview Manor with the creation kit. Some people have been able to change the insides of Lakeview manor, i wish to do the same and possibly with other houses later on.

I've never used the creation kit before so i don't know where it would be located. Any ideas as to whether it might be or if it can actually be done with the creation kit

Go to your "tools" section in Steam Library and download it there. Then simply read some tutorials on modding or watch some youtube vids.
