I am about to have to start traveling alot due to an internship and need to finally buy my first laptop. I would like it to be able to play Starcraft2 on Medium settings at least. My budget is up to $800. Any suggestiuons? Thank you.

When looking at a laptop for gaming, a deticated GPU is most important. Go on Newegg or Tigerdirect and when using the filtering options make sure you have "dedicated graphics" selected on graphics type.

This is what I would recommend that fits in your budget. It'll handle SC2 on medium no problem. Doesn't necessarily have to be that laptop, but keep in mind GPU means everything when it comes to gaming.

similar laptop better gpu and cpu exactly 800 bucks before S&H but the downside is that this is acer so expect a fair amount of semi-useless bloatware as opposed to the almost empty asus option.
