Laptop LCD screen inverter board/chip.

Hey i have a Gateway M-6823 laptop that has its screen broken, and im prety sure that its a burn board/chip on the back of the LCD. Does anyone know where i could get a part like that from? Ive Googled a couple of websites and called some companies but they only sell replacement LCDs w/out any cables or "inverter" boards/chips.

its a Board on the top of the back of the LCD, its approximately a2"x12" board. ---EDIT---

yeah that would be good Rusteater and i apriciate it but its not THAT board. Im looking for the one on the top on the LCD in tha back of it. Thaks for the reply though.
