Laptop recommendation....

I'm searching for a laptop that could play games such as GTA IV or Batman Asylum at a price below $900. I've been eyeing two laptop and I was wondering if you guys can help me decide which one I should choose.

Or are both a POS for want I want?

Note: I wanted a Laptop with a screen size of 16 or 17 inches. But I am willing to go for a 15.4 inch if the hardware and the price is right.....

Out of the two you proposed the first one is considerably better.

Either should be fine for Batman. GTA IV will play on those PCs too, but requires a lot more CPU power than either of those offer to run smooth (think quad-core). In the end, Laptop 1 is probably the all-around better coice.
