Well if the card doesnt get hot while running games at that percent speed then there's nothing wrong with 75% its almost comparable to a human and a A.C in the summer time.
its so hard to damage video card due to overheatin these days, because there now designed to reduce clock speeds if it gets to hot, even with OC'ing, you'd have to really crank up the settings to insane clocks to break it.
