Left 4 Dead 2 or Gears 2

I heard that gears of war 2 might be coming to Pc this holiday season I wanted to know which 1 I should get Gears 2 or L4D2? If gears of war 2 does come out.

I doubt it's coming, but unless you don't have L4D, L4D2 isn't worth it.

I believe the devs of GoW2 said it wouldn't come to PC, and honestly L4D2 dosnt seem worth the cost.fudgeblood

They said that about Gears 1 too... I'd say its 50/50 right now. Anyways, yeah, I'd take Gears 2.

It depends what kind of gamer you are if you like a die hard shooter go for gears. If you're more like I'M TOTALY PISSED OF RIGHT NOW I NEED TO SHOOT SOME ZOMBIES go for left4dead HydraRizlim

If Gears 2 did come out on PC, I would totally get that over Left 4 Dead 2. Dude there will be horde mode. Wooters! Just make sure you have a games for windows account.

GoW2 is a good game, but l4d2 is much more fresh than GoW. So im voting l4d2

On an Ign article its still only a rumor tho

if you had the money for either of these games, you'd have enough money for better games than these two. in this case, it really depends on what your friends are getting.

Dude, so many people are complaining that L4D 2 is going to be so similar to L4D that it would not be worth the money.

New infected, melee weapons, and a change to the gameplay: Instead of flipping a switch and hiding in a corner, you have to flip a switch and run to the other switch that calls of the horde which happens to be a good distance away.

If the price of it drops to $30 because of peoples complaints, I will be very happy, but I would still spend full price, that is if Modern Warfare 2 wasn't going to be released just about the same time.

Now I haven't played LFD 1, but isn't the 2nd one supposed to have dismemberment? To me that would be a huge improvement if the original didn't have it.

I read something about a chainsaw you can get in LFD2

Well Don't get l4d2.. and Don't get Gow2 because it'll never come to the pc.. So save you're money and buy something better like codmw2 or sc2 :]

I'm going to have to agree... Gears of War was a good, but by no means great, game... and L4D2 is leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
