When i try and startup my limewire it says its behind a firewall or loopback connections on the local machine. What can i do to fix it? i uninstalled the firewalls i use and it still wouldnt work.

If its still saying that check the windows firewall and if you have a router, then open a few ports, you will have to find out which ports limewire uses and open those up, just watch out for the shady crap on Limewire lol

Wow. I think you should learn to spell. To actually HELP. I agree with JubJub, If you don't have a firewall on then you probably have to open up some ports. Go to your internal IP address to log into your router then open the ports it needs. Google Port forwarding if you don't know how.
