Link steam account to xbox live gamertag?

I have the orange box for 360. I was wondering, if i got TF2 on steam for my PC, would i be able to "link" it to my xbox live gamer tag? I want it to update my achievements and score on both as the same thing, so i dont get achievements on the PC only to have no way to add them to my xbox gamertag!

EDIT: also, so i wouldnt have to actually buy the game again, if that is possible.

I dont think STEAM and XBOXLIVE are compatible with each other.... i could be wrong !

I want to do it so if i get achievements on the PC, they also count towards my xbox achievements.

Only if they're Windows Live Titles.
