A.R.E.S
Audiosurf
Beat Hazard
Braid
Capsized (this one is fantastic, a must play imo)
Dungeons of Dredmor (one of the most addictive indies I've ever played)
E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy (very intersting and extremely ambitous)
Killing Floor
Magicka
Solar 2
Super Meat Boy
Terraria
Torchlight (does this even count? It is now one of the biggest dunegon crawler series)
Trine (great looking indie with great music)
Worms (Not sure if this counts or not, but I love this series anyway)
Also the obvious one: Minecraft
EDIT: I forgot Mount and Blade Series... those games are so huge that I forgot it was an indie :P
EDIT 2: Forgot about LIMBO also, that game has a great atmoshpere and isn't afraid to be totally brutal
Tons of good ones (still great, but the ones I listed are the standouts) I didn't list cuz it be way to long.
E.Y.E Divine Cybermancy - should be GOTY
Frozen Synapse - done well but graphics just didn't hold my attention
VeryBumpy
I think E.Y.E is very good, but the AI is holding it back a bit imo. I own Frozen Synapse and need to give that game a try soon... I've heard fantastic things about it
i don"T play much indie games but Amnesia the Dark descent was a first person horror indie game i really liked :

Minecraft
Gmod (Am I the only one on the list?)
Amnesia: The Dark Decent
limonman32
I was going to say Gmod, but since valve now owns it I decided not to. If you count Gmod, then the original CS(half-life mod) and Team Fortress(quake mod) are indies too.
The only good games are indie games as of late.
