Longest Time/Spent on Video Game

There are only a handful of games that are actually worth more than 100 hours of investment. For me those games would be Call of Duty (1 and 4), Company of Heroes, Age of Empires, and Warlords Battlecry II.

I was wondering if anyone else spent more than 100 hours on a video game (ignoring MMORPGs because we all know how addictive those are).

You do realize that 2,000 hours is a little under three months, don't you? 1/4 of a year? I doubt that anyone has ever spent that that much time on one game (other than WoW.)

I have done about 2,600 hours of Guild Wars in about 3 years. CoD 1 and 4 have been played around 100 hours each. Company of Heroes is about 100-150 hours. And, Warlords Battlecry II and Age of Empires 2 are both around 150-200 hours each.

I'd have to say Left 4 dead, i've probbably got a good 200-300 hours since release.

Longest time spent on a video game by myself? Prolly Oblivion, I racked up about 300+.

Longest time w/ friends? Man, the system links I've had with Halo 2 were insane. A dozen guys for hours on end, playing Halo 2 with waaay too many Red Bulls?...Bad. Regardless, I've spent hundreds of hours on Halo 2 with local and system link play.

494 hours of CSS (2006-2007). Nowadays I play only on the weekends and for about 2-3 hours, so the idea of reaching 100+ hours in a game is out of question (for example I've only played 62hours of L4D since dec. 20).

Games are not what they used to be anymore.:cry:

WOW! that is 1 year and 300 days staight!!

I think the only game i really clocked over 100 hours out of is probably Titan Quest. At the moment though i'm working on Diablo II.

Warcraft 3, Oblivion, halo 3 and TF2all over 100 hours played time

I'm sure I've spent close to a thousand hours if not more on Diablo 2. Heaven help me when D3 comes around...

I've spent over 2,000 hours in Diablo II. Guess what game I'm waiting for most :)?
