looking back- XIII promised sequel?

Seriously- I was just looking back at some old games, and fell over this one.

They promised a sequel IN the game itself, with a bold TO BE CONTINUED...

those b astards.

do you think they are working on one? or do you think the series is now dead?

I've played that game (XIII) at least 6 times.  Really need a new version

Got that game with my videocard, installed it but it refused to run on my system, thank you starforce.

Its a ubisoft game so you might aswell quit waiting. They pledged their allegiance to the 360 now.

Unfortunately Xlll didn't sell well so they desided a sequal wasn't in there best financial interests. Dont count on a sequal.

I remember first installing the game and being blown away by the concept!  It was the first FPS I absolutely loved because it didn't fall into that oh so common pitfall, like other FPS, of creating a game to be as real as possible and then failing at it.  Instead, it made a concept and followed through with the design, kind of like Okami.

I am sad to hear that there will be no sequel, but I will still retain hope for it.
