If you liked the guild then probably nothing else will be very fulfilling. I own both 1 & 2 as well as venice. They are excellent games but I have never found anything else close in the sense that they let you build a store from scratch and grow it into an empire. I think comparing the guild to a trading simulation like the ones mentioned above only captures a small part of what the game is.
