Looking for a good FPS for my bro.-here are the requirements:

1)Should be ESRB rated Teen or below

2)Not too much blood, gore, violence, language

3)Should be good for a 1st timer

i'd say BF2 has less blood coz when you shoot at enemies on CoD i think abit blood is coming out for like half sec - but i don't remember if you canturn off the blood but CoD has better gameplay - BUT if your brother like to enter to chopers, airplanes, driving tanks and stuff - pick up BF2

Right, Oh, He also doesnt want people jumping out at him, like zombies hiding in the corner and at the place where you least expect them and where they jump out at you and give you a heart attack...

So, do these 2 games have "jump outs" as he calls them?

PS: He wants a game which is fun, so is Cod more fun, or is it BF2? Since he is a first timer, he hasnt entered chopers, tanks etc, so he doesnt know about those...

lol - BF2 is the perfect game

coz CoD is one of the run, jump at enemy and shoot game lol so people camp sometimes and just wait for other players to come and...SURPRISE!!!! lol - but it doesn't happen all the time, BF2 has larger places so you can't basically wait for someone

GRAW 1 is total crap, on the other hand GRAW 2 is way better

but be warned if you play multiplayer it's ultra camping there - i mean there're buildings you can enter to camp for like few sec but it's all dark there and enemies might be camping there already lol

BTW those games are for multiplayer only or for singleplayer too? (BF2, CoD)

CoD is great game to play trought the story, multiplayer is fun too - i'm suggesting to get that or HL2 - both games are pretty damn good at the singleplayer

By multiplayer, do you mean over the internet, cause if so, it wont be of much use to my bro (it meansmultiplayer), because he doesnt have an internet connection on his windows...CD_freakazoid

Battlefield 2 that game has years worth of replaySeaole

Keep in mind this game is online-only for all it matters. A first-time player might get frustrated with the game due to the competative nature and it could give a bad first impression. Its a good game, however, so it might be a good choice.

Personally I recommend Halo. Its an OK game in its own right, and its not too violent. Any blood is green and alien, so its not like youre killing people. The only really creepy part is when the Flood gets released.

Oh ya, definately need the lights off. If you leave em on he might get scared. Also, dont forget to hide under his bed and then grab him at 3AM so he knows youre looking after him. I also recommend hanging dead animals around his room for good luck.
